The Official Opening of the Dovestone Holiday Park will take place at 12 midday on Saturday, 23rd April 2016 at the Dovestone Holiday Park, off Bank Lane, Greenfield, Oldham, OL3 7NF. Present at the Official Opening will be Prof. Nat Puri CBE, Founder of the Purico Group of Companies, the Mayor and Mayoress of Oldham, Councillor Ateeque Ur-Rehman and Councillor Yasmin Toor, and Mr. Farokh Engineer, a well-known former Indian cricketer who played 46 Tests for India, and first-class cricket for Bombay, India from 1959 to 1975 and for Lancashire from 1968 to 1976.
Dovestone Holiday Park borders the beautiful Peak District Park, three miles from the Pennine Way and nestles at the foot of the beauty spot of Dovestone Reservoir.
